Mr. Badri Siwakoti is a human rights activist and an expert on Election, Democracy, and Governance. Mr. Siwakoti holds a graduate degree in political science and possesses sound knowledge on National and International Human Rights Law. For the past 30 years, Mr. Siwakoti has had long experience in dozens of social organizations as a campaigner for democracy, human rights, social justice, peace, and development. Mr. Siwakoti played a significant role in Nepal's political process, armed conflict, peace accord, transitional justice, constituent assembly election, parliamentary election, and local, provincial and federal elections as well as served as an international observer in the different election mission abroad. Currently, associated with Election observation Committee Nepal (EOC-Nepal) from 2013 and serving as a treasurer.

Advocate Gopal Nath Yogi, an esteemed development practitioner, brings extensive expertise in government affairs, legal advocacy, elections and human rights. Holding an LL.M. from Kathmandu School of Law and a distinguished Public Interest Law Fellowship from Columbia University, USA, his academic journey reflects a commitment to excellence. Formerly serving as Secretary at the House of Representatives, Federal Parliament of Nepal, he showcased astute leadership. As the Executive Director of Election Observation Committee Nepal, he strategically manages projects, championing democratic integrity, fair elections and voter rights.

Mr. Adhikari is a development practitioner having more than a decade-long experience, especially in strengthening democracy, promoting and campaigning for good governance, free and fair elections, and beyond. He has been working in close coordination with like-minded institutions including the government, research organizations and academia on issues related to the legal, regulatory, political, and socio-cultural context of the country. To his credit, he had led many research and study on governance and policy issues. Mr. Adhikari holds dual Master Degrees: MBA in Marketing from the International American University (2016), and Master in Public Policy and Management (MPPM) from Kathmandu University (2021). Along with the academic qualifications, he has attained training, short courses, and presented papers at home and abroad. Mr. Adhikari is an alumnus and founding member of the KU SOM MPPM Scholars Network.

Pradip Pokharel is a long-time human rights activist, former chairperson of Amnesty International Nepal, founder member of Nepal Human Rights Organization, former chairperson of Human Development and Peace Campaign Nepal. He also served as a Government nominated member for the Recommendation Committee for Truth and Reconciliation Commission and Commission for Investigation of Enforced Disappeared People (TRC and CIEDP), and a member of a High-Level Investigative Commission for Irregularities under the Social Welfare Council.
